Led the development of scalable, build-ready fixture systems that shaped the next generation of Apple’s retail experience. Translated early concepts into global rollout solutions, contributing to multiple patents and supporting key initiatives like Apple Pickup, where new systems responded to shifting customer behavior. Designed and refined inclusive fixtures for Today at Apple learning sessions, and reimagined core elements like Parsons Tables and Genius Bars to improve accessibility, usability, and long-term durability.

Drove product innovation within the kitchen tools category as part of the industrial design and product development team. Conducted research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities, then developed and tested concepts through hands-on prototyping. Refined designs based on performance insights and partnered with overseas manufacturers to ensure each product met cost, quality, and manufacturability requirements.

Designed and developed hardgoods across seasonal and core collections, using a wide range of materials and finishes to create cohesive product stories. Managed multiple categories through the full product lifecycle, collaborating with international vendors to meet cost, MOQ, and quality targets. Designed and produced original furniture collections that explore form, materiality, and humor through limited-run and bespoke pieces. Led end-to-end development across prototyping, fabrication, sourcing, and fulfillment. Managed all aspects of the studio including marketing, client communication, public relations, and exhibition planning. Work recognized with ICFF 2023 Best in Show and featured in national and international design publications.
